FEES/REGISTRATION

HOW
TO REGISTER FOR OUR PROGRAMS: Fill out the enrollment
form - one per child. A "family" registration fee of $30.00
is required upon enrollment. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and covers
administration cost for the year. The Registration fee, Insurance fee
and first month class payment are due upon enrollment. REGISTRATION BEGINS AUGUST 23, 2011.
INSURANCE INFORMATION AND FEES: Each student is required to participate in our insurance program. The insurance coverage is a liability and a second rider accidental-medical coverage while in gymnastics at Tri-Town Gymnastics, Inc. The coverage runs for 12 months. The fee is $25.00 for all students. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
PAYMENTS: All Class Payment Fees Are Due On The First Class Day Of Each Month, with the exception of the first month, which is due with the enrollment form.
A $10.00 service charge will be added to all written billing notices sent by mail.
DISCONTINUING CLASSES INFORMATION: PARENTS, PLEASE GIVE US NOTIFICATION!! A (30) DAY WRITTEN NOTICE FROM A PARENT IS REQUIRED IF A CHILD IS TO WITHDRAW FROM A CLASS. **IF THIS NOTIFICATION IS NOT RECEIVED, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE SUCCEEDING MONTH PLUS A BILLING FEE.** |
ALL Private Lessons or Group Lessons MUST be scheduled with Ann Marie. Cost $30 per hr. - make checks payable to Tri-Town.

DRESS CODE (GIRLS): Leotards are requested for classes. NO leotards with attached skirts or nylons. Shirts and shorts are acceptable. Your hair must be tied back before class starts. No jewelry, except medic alert bracelets. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR JEANS, BELT LOOPS WITH RIVETS OR SNAPS ON THE WAISTBAND.
DRESS CODE (BOYS): Most comfortable workout clothes are shorts, sweatpants, T-shirts or sweatshirt and socks. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR JEANS, BELT LOOPS WITH RIVETS OR SNAPS ON THE WAISTBAND.
Tri-Town Gymnastics Center is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost articles in the facility. Please check to see if you have all your belongings when you leave the gym. |
MAKING UP ANY CLASSES: Making up classes for injuries and illness must be approved by the director. All make-ups must be completed within three weeks of the absence. No walk-ins will be allowed, please call or requires make-up prior to the lesson. NO MAKE-UPS FOR FAMILY VACATIONS.
HOLIDAYS: These days are not charged to the class schedule, they are made up during the year, much like "snow days" are made up at the end of the year.

Class cancellations due to weather can be found on the wfsb.com website.
Note: If Vernon/Tolland schools cancel classes there will be NO Preschool classes.
PRESCHOOL OBSERVATION WEEK:
The first week of classes starting Tues Sept 6, 2011.
FUN ROUTINE WEEK:
The last week of classes in June 2012.
